We are looking for personal stories, written works, artwork, photos, or photos of objects from the people of Illinois to document life during the COVID-19 pandemic.
These files will be used in our social media and online exhibitions, as well as preserved long-term for future research and exhibitions, so we need as much information from you as possible, as well as permission to use them. I hereby give the Illinois State Museum (“ISM”) a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable license to copy, digitize, reproduce, edit, translate, create derivative works, distribute, and publicly display and perform certain materials described below. I agree that ISM may add the material to the history collection according to the ISM Collection Management Policy or share the material to another appropriate library or museum. I agree that ISM may utilize any medium or media now existing or that will exist in the future to achieve the above-described purposes.
